A 20ft container typically holds 560–620 bales (approx 25–28 tonnes). A 40ft container holds 1120–1240 bales (approx 26–28 tonnes).
Our standard bales weigh 45–50kg, and we can help you calculate the exact volume based on your specific grade mix and packing preferences.
Yes. Many buyers prefer a mix of grades to serve different market segments. We can custom‑sort your container with a combination of A, B, and C grades in whatever ratio you specify – for example, 30% A, 50% B, 20% C.
We follow a rigorous multi‑step quality control process: sourcing audits, sorting verification, random sampling during grading, and final pre‑shipment inspection. We also offer independent third‑party inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Contectna, or SAI Global – your choice.
We can ship in LCL (Less than Container Load), 20ft, or 40ft containers. The minimum is typically one 20ft container, but we can also accommodate smaller trial orders – contact us to discuss your needs.
We provide full export documentation including: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Weight Certificate, and Grade Report. Independent inspection reports (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) are also available upon request.
Shipping times vary by destination and are subject to global shipping conditions. Typical estimates are:
- East Africa: ~25–35 days
- Asia: ~15–25 days
- Middle East: ~20–30 days
These are estimates only. We'll notify you of the vessel schedule and any significant changes.
We currently operate on a prepayment basis – typically 100% upfront via TT (telegraphic transfer) for orders.
As we grow and build long‑term relationships, we're open to discussing deposit balance splits (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% before shipping) for repeat customers.
We understand that trust is essential when buying from a new supplier. We offer independent third‑party inspections by globally recognised firms including SGS, Bureau Veritas, Contectna, or SAI Global.
You can also request a detailed grading report and photos of your specific bale mix before we load your container.
While we don't offer sample bales, our independent inspection process ensures you know exactly what you're getting before it ships.
